Hugo Partouche holds a Bachelor of arts in political science from Yale University and a Master of Laws from Université Panthéon-Sorbonne specialized in comparative procedure. He also teaches in English at Sciences Po Paris and other higher education institutions. He is therefore used to providing foreigners with immediately actionable insight into French procedural law.
